A Supervisor is defined as the operational leader for a shift, group or team of direct labor work force. This position reports to a manager who has responsibility for a collective of shifts, groups or teams. The Supervisor will Plan, Organize and Direct (POD) work to ensure safe working environment and practices, maintain the highest quality of product and people, and achieve on time schedule attainment.
