Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with composite fabrication processes
• Proficient in machine operation and tooling setup
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Comfortable working with detailed work instructions

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating overhead cranes

Responsibilities

• Perform composite lay-up, bagging, forming, drilling, bonding, and assembly tasks per established specifications
• Set up and operate fabrication machinery in accordance with production schedules
• Prepare tooling and materials for fabrication processes
• Operate overhead cranes to support material movement and part positioning
• Interpret and follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
