About The Position

Key Job Responsibilities Proficiency in adherence to quality and shop expectations of quality Ability to take, follow, and complete directions Work within tight tolerances of measurements Complete, maintain, and keep accuracy of paperwork Execute basic math skills such as inventory counts, parts completed, etc. Maintain a clean and organized workspace Meet and/or exceed attendance standards Ability to work autonomously and remain on task Work well in a team atmosphere Ability to set machine insertion pressure, change tooling for parts specifics, and ensure hardware is properly seated into parts. Ability to troubleshoot production problems and communicate to management Ability to pay close attention to detail. Safety conscious behavior Understand and support company policies and procedures Perform all other duties as assigned to by Management. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent may be required Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required Must be able to read and understand blueprints, tape measure, calipers, or other shop drawing aids Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change Understand and support company policies and procedures Safety conscious behavior Excellent attendance record Physical Requirements Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently Squat, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day Close mental and visual attention required, coordinating manual dexterity with mental and visual attention for sustained periods of time.
