As a Fabrication Team Lead on the 2nd shift , you will ensure smooth production flow in our Cooling Fabrication department. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a dedicated team and advance world-class manufacturing processes. Provide day-to-day operational support, mentoring, and on-the-job training to team members. Partner with the Production Supervisor and support teams to resolve issues and meet department goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Maintain production flow by filling in on the line as needed during PTO, breaks, and absences. Enforce company, department, and safety policies with strict adherence. Coordinate and complete employee training to ensure standard work and quality compliance. Operate equipment within the assigned area, including CRTs and forklifts. Lead and engage in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement efforts to uncover waste and promote 5S and Lean methods.
