Requirements
- Welding experience (MIG required; TIG a plus)
- Ability to read basic blueprints
- Dependability and pride in workmanship
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Experience from fabrication shops, manufacturing, agriculture, maintenance, or repair work is all relevant
Nice To Haves
- Multi-process welding experience
- Fabrication or assembly background
- Welding certifications (or willingness to earn them—we support training)
