Requirements

  • Welding experience (MIG required; TIG a plus)
  • Ability to read basic blueprints
  • Dependability and pride in workmanship
  • Willingness to learn and improve
  • Experience from fabrication shops, manufacturing, agriculture, maintenance, or repair work is all relevant

Nice To Haves

  • Multi-process welding experience
  • Fabrication or assembly background
  • Welding certifications (or willingness to earn them—we support training)

Responsibilities

  • MIG welding and fabrication of steel products
