Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fabrication Manager or similar role in the manufacturing sector, preferably in entertainment production.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and technology.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the fabrication team to ensure efficient production processes from initial design to final product.
• Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
• Develop and implement fabrication schedules to meet production deadlines.
• Coordinate with other departments, including design and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations within the fabrication department.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in fabrication techniques and processes.
