Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5-10 years of prior experience in fabrication and/or electrical work.
• Accuracy and precision are key—your careful eye will help maintain the highest quality standards.
• Enjoy working with your hands and have a basic understanding of machines and tools.
• Be a good communicator and team player.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Nice To Haves

• A Journeyman’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with cutting-edge tools and equipment to fabricate parts and components for a variety of products.
• Possess a keen eye for basic to complex assembly.
• Manage the movement, organization, and storage of materials with precision and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products, testing components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Delegate tasks to Tech I’s and assist as needed.
• Collaborate with your team of skilled professionals to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
