About The Position

We are currently looking for a fabrication assistant to join our team on the afternoon shift, which runs from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and multi-task
• Team player
• Ability to understand paint application and equipment
• Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Trade school or related experience is preferred
• 1+ years of experience with airless paint equipment
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in the painting area
• Assist in loading and unloading materials
• Follow all company policies and procedures for safety
• Help maintain inventory and required paint supplies and consumables
• Maintain shop floor organization and cleanliness
