About The Position

Working alongside a highly motivated team, you will implement effective solutions to meet stringent quality standards and drive organizational success. Conduct regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to mitigate equipment downtime. Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics to identify issues with equipment used in manufacturing. Disassemble, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment based on layout plans, blueprints, operating manuals, or technical drawings. Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate successful process improvements. Monitor equipment performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize production efficiency. Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required. Adhere rigorously to safety protocols and ensure the maintenance of a clean work environment. Willingness to adapt to varying job responsibilities and shift assignments, including night shifts. Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off); capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy equipment. Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficient understanding of AC/DC and digital electronics circuits, including foundational knowledge of electricity. Associate degree in a relevant field, progress toward a STEM-related degree, equivalent military training, or pertinent work experience. Practical proficiency in mechatronics, robotics, fundamentals of electricity, technical writing, electrical power and machinery, or statics. Prior experience in the semiconductor industry.
