Position Summary In your role as a Fab Set Up Team Engineer, you'll be working alongside a cross functional team of professionals, with a key focus on project management, execution, and factory wide initiatives. You'll be focus on planning and execution of Fast X equipment projects (relo, demo, installation). New process tool specification, tool hook up standards, tool utility capacity and utilization analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related STEM field.
  • 6+ years of experience in facilities services or high volume semiconductor manufacturing as equipment owner.
  • Experience with project management is required.
  • Must have strong communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to represent the group in work coordination and execution.
  • Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment
  • Highly capable in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

Nice To Haves

  • 300mm equipment hook-up experience highly preferred.
  • Successful candidates should be detail and task oriented and place high value on customer service, teamwork and flexibility.
  • Experience with autodesk revit & navisworks and cad software is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the clean room factory alongside Unit Part Technicians/Engineers, Facilities Project Managers and Construction Coordinators for new construction and tool hook-up.
  • Lead and participate in safety initiatives, programs, and activities to drive world class safety performance.
  • Support expansion planning, including forecasting of the budgeting, installation and qualification of equipment.
  • Coordinate, manage, and report on multiple assigned projects regarding work progress, project accounting, and forecasted schedule.
  • Utilize LEAN tools improve business processes and procedures.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 high volume manufacturing environment.
