Snap Inc. is seeking a Fab Operator to join the Snap Lab team in Chandler, AZ. As a Fab Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of electronic components, adhering to a strict schedule while utilizing a variety of equipment and processes within a cleanroom environment. This position operates on a shift basis, with multiple openings available across the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, Monday through Friday. The 1st shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, the 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and the 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. In this role, you will be responsible for processing materials to meet required quality standards and standard operating procedures. You will prepare materials and tooling according to applied standards, conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and processes, and gather and record data. Additionally, you will perform visual inspections of products based on device-specific criteria, identify non-compliant materials or abnormal events, and take appropriate actions as specified. You will also contribute to improvement activities and participate in working groups, achieving production targets by following specified plans and priorities while considering material and equipment availability. Regular interaction with maintenance and engineering staff is expected, and compliance with Environmental Health and Safety regulations is mandatory. You will need to raise any issues that arise with the appropriate teams within the organization, ensuring that the highest quality is maintained throughout the processing areas.
