About The Position

In this role, you will serve as a Fab Operations Technician/Clean Room Technician producing high-quality products for our customers. Shift: A-shift- Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:00 am to 6:15 pm. Training will be on E shift- Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, for approximately 3 months.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• The willingness and desire to learn and grow.
• High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED) diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience with MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Effective organizational and planning skills.
• US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of a government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.

Nice To Haves

• Previous semiconductor industry always a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines in a cleanroom environment.
• Load and unload wafer production machines (microchips).
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure correct procedures are completed.
• Perform quality inspections on finished products.

• Ensure proper gowning procedures and safety standards are being followed at all times in the area.
• Maintain and communicate in a positive attitude.
• Be punctual to ensure crisp pass downs between shifts.
• The job also requires performing other duties as assigned.
