Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven FAA Repair Station Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure full regulatory compliance within our repair station. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence, safety standards, and strong customer relationships in accordance with FAA and EASA requirements.

Requirements

  • Min 2 years (4+ years preferred) of experience in an FAA Part 145 and EASA Repair Station environment
  • Strong understanding of FAA and EASA regulatory compliance and QA principles
  • Proven leadership/management experience
  • Auditing and training experience (certified trainer/auditor preferred)
  • Technical aviation maintenance background preferred (A&P preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills
  • Proven experience in manufacturing, inventory control, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the FAA Repair Station supervisor, reporting to the Director of Quality, per FAA Part 145 and EASA requirements
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the repair station
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, manuals, training, and audits remain current
  • Lead maintenance, inspection, and administrative personnel
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and commercial relationships
  • Manage production schedules, workflow, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with production scheduler to maintain repair parts stock
