Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? We are seeking a highly motivated Materials Analyst to join our team in Oklahoma City. The successful candidate will manage and track parts to ensure that the production schedule is met while assisting in the reconciliation and expediting of materials for the Heavy Maintenance Center (HMC) operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage part shortages, support repair processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience OR an advanced degree in a related field. An Associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience or 6+ years of total relevant experience may also be considered.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • Must be willing to work (0700-1500) shift.
  • As required, overtime/weekends (on a rotational basis).
  • Successful candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision on a wide variety of tasks.
  • Successful candidate must learn and commitment to the EH&S program by complying with all policies and procedures, completing all required training and supporting all EH&S committee activities.
  • Minimal travel may be required.
  • Successful candidate will participate in achieving and sustaining CORE requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior material scheduling experience in an aerospace MRO environment is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with teams to achieve successful results.
  • The ability to work in a start-up environment with flexible roles and responsibilities.
  • An understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel functionality.
  • Aerospace/defense industry experience favorable.
  • SAP experience favorable.
  • Strong organizational, teaming, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and effectively interface at all organizational levels; detail and results-oriented with good problem-solving skills; strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous process improvement.
