About The Position

A Fire & Safety team member will be responsible to prepare and maintain the track during the day and to ensure the safety of the tracks at all time.

Requirements

  • CPR/AED trained
  • One year fire service school or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

  • EMT
  • Additional fire safety training

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the safety of all tracks
  • Communicate with departments via radio/walkie talkie
  • Be aware for fire hazards in the workplace
  • Maintain the conditions and requirement stated on Motorsport Adventures safety permit
  • Keep flammable materials from ignition source
  • In the event of incipient fires, extinguish immediately
  • Contain and evacuate for fires other than incipient fires
  • Ensure employees are aware of the exact location of the fire firefighting equipment in the immediate area
  • Maintain constant means of communication with track management
  • Before and during each shift, inspect the entire track and premises for potential hazards
  • Drive fire & safety vehicle
  • Assist with Company safety meetings
  • Be prepared to operate fire extinguishers, hydrants fire pumps and hoses at anytime
  • Assists other departments with guest concerns
  • All other duties as assigned
