Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Automotive F&I Manager
  • Strong knowledge of lender programs, menus, and compliance standards
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits
  • Confident, professional communicator
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and performance-driven

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell F&I products using a clear, compliant, value-driven approach
  • Maximize per-vehicle retail (PVR) while maintaining customer trust
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
  • Structure and submit deals efficiently with lenders and OEM programs
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to improve deal flow and approvals
  • Coach sales staff on proper handoffs and expectation-setting
  • Maintain accurate documentation and funding timelines
