About The Position

The Vice President of Finance & Insurance Producer is responsible for dedicating exclusive attention and time during working hours to the business of the Company. This role involves performing the necessary duties and responsibilities to produce Net Commissions and Fees on behalf of the Company. The position requires compliance with all state licensing and continuing education requirements necessary to perform the duties effectively. The candidate must be able to work in a self-directed manner, take initiative, and confidently direct customer interactions. Additionally, the role involves acquiring new dealer distributors to meet or exceed the Company business plan and collaborating with the leadership team to strategize the most optimum program and structure for each dealer. The Vice President will also develop a game plan with each new dealer to maximize F&I income and ensure proper execution of these plans through training and developmental work. Gathering market intelligence of competitors while prospecting and proposing is also a key responsibility, as is working in unison with P&C/EB producers to leverage relationships for potential opportunities. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience with Finance and Insurance either at an Auto Dealership or with an F&I agency.

  • Organize, break down, and clearly articulate thoughts, ideas, and instructions through verbal and written form.
  • Demonstrate strong organization and time management skills.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written English communication.
