Requirements

• Has experience in F&I, finance, or sales within RV, automotive, powersports, marine, or retail environments
• Is knowledgeable in financing options, extended service contracts, warranties, and protection products
• Communicates clearly and confidently while building trust with customers
• Understands compliance, documentation, and lending processes
• Is detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through
