Requirements

  • Minimum of three years Automotive Finance Experience required.
  • Strong work ethic and great attitude with adherence to a strong code of personal ethics.
  • Excellent track record of proven performance.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven.
  • Team player with excellent leadership skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficient in computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Dealertrack, ADP/CDK).
  • Minimum of eighteen years of age.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).

Responsibilities

  • Structuring finance deals for all producers and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Managing deal flow to maximize profit and managing department revenue including charge-backs and adjustments.
  • Working directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and bridge disconnects in the sales process.
  • Overseeing, training, and developing Finance staff.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and leading finance staff to achieve top market PVR numbers.
  • Improving bank relations and reducing C.I.T. errors.
  • Building rapport with customers to establish a base of referrals.
  • Selling finance & insurance products to customers.
  • Maintaining an impeccable reputation with lenders.
  • Producing and submitting accurate paperwork for title work and securing funding from finance sources.
  • Meeting monthly objectives.
  • Giving proper menu presentations.
  • Understanding tag and title laws and DMV regulations.
  • Adhering to all local and national regulations and working with sales management to ensure maximum profit.
  • Collaborating with service advisors for warranty information.
