About The Position

The Folder/Gluer 1st Helper assists in the operation of a machine that folds and glues corrugated sheets that have been previously scored, slotted, and/or printed. Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• GED or high school diploma, 1-3 months experience or combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Assists with setup of machine to Factory Job Ticket specifications. This includes setting the feed section, the glue heads, and the guides
• Feeds sheets into the hopper at the feed section of the machine
• Moves loads of sheets on the conveyor line
• Adjusts ensure no jams occur
• Performs housekeeping duties as necessary between orders and at end of shift
• Ability to work in excess of 40 hours, as business needs arise
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Any other task or duty that is deemed necessary by management.
