Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 0–4 years of relevant aerospace structural analysis experience (internships/co-ops may be considered).
  • Familiarity with fatigue and fracture mechanics principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with aerospace standards such as FAR Part 25 or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AFGROW, NASGRO, or finite element analysis (FEA) tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform fatigue and damage tolerance analyses in accordance with aerospace standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct fracture mechanics and crack growth assessments to ensure airworthiness compliance.
  • Support structural repair assessments and provide engineering recommendations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including design, stress, and certification engineers.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and customer reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
