About The Position

Who are we hiring? The general utility Warehouse is responsible for the receipt, storage, and issue of food, beverage, merchandise supplies and equipment. What will you do? Receive daily deliveries of all food, beverage, and merchandise products. Works closely with warehouse leadership to ensure all goods are received in accordance with established procedures. Ensures that all warehouse storage areas are organized and that the proper inventory rotation occurs. Maintain all Department of Health standards and requirements. Assists in monthly inventory counts and date recording. Build and deliver requisitions throughout the Venue. Responsible for all F&B deliveries as they enter loading dock area. Ensure all products are delivered and stored accordingly for all locations. Physically check all receiving coming in the building for counts and quality control. What do you need to succeed? The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in related position. A high level of energy and commitment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills with all levels in the organization. Ability to work professionally as a team player in a fast paced, service environment. Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health Food regulations and proper food handling certifications. Must take and pass TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Nevada training class and adhere to TEAM training guidelines. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: General physical requirements include pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 100 lbs., standing for long periods, walking long distances, bending and constant motion is often required. May be exposed to theatrical smoke, strobe lights, pyrotechnics, intense sound, rapid motion video effects, smoke, and odors Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays. Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health Food regulations and proper food handling certifications. Valid driver’s license, required to pick up & transport product. Certifications Food Handler’s Card Forklift Certification #LI-Onsite
