F&B Supervisor
About The Position
About the Role: This is a seasonal position for the Rooftop. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FB Supervisor to join our team at The Abner in Litchfield. As an FB Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and quality. You will work closely with the FB Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Your main goal will be to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- This is a PM position only, ability to close required
- Strong knowledge of fine dining steps of service
Nice To Haves
- Experience with inventory management software
- Knowledge of local food and beverage regulations
- Experience in a hotel or restaurant customer service
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the food and beverage department
- Ensure that all food and beverage services are provided in a timely and efficient manner
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
