About The Position

Food and Beverage Supervisor The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Food and Beverage area, managing staff, and ensuring excellent guest service. This role includes the supervision of bartenders, cooks and other bar staff, managing inventory, covering shifts, liaising with vendors, and scheduling shifts to ensure efficient operation of the bar. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of beverages and mixology
  • Menu engineering experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings

Responsibilities

  • Supervise F&B staff and manage day-to-day operations
  • Ability to cover shifts
  • Create and monitor F&B items to provide suggestions and improvements
  • Comfortable preparing food orders
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Handle customer complaints and issues effectively
