The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the guest and colleague experience in Prairie Kitchen and Bar (3-meal restaurant & bar) and MPLS Market (grab & go coffee and sundries). This role leads other colleagues by coaching, giving direction, training, and may include supporting basic management responsibilities. The F&B Supervisor plays a significant role in the overall F&B Outlet performance and drives the guest experience.

Requirements

Refined verbal and writtenmunication skills.
Previous restaurant experience required.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift moderate weight.
Flexible availability is required, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Conducting team pre-shifts and supporting team through service
Managing the guest experience including monitoring guest interactions, responding toplaints and special requests, ensuring quality and accuracy of product and timeliness of service
Managing closing including daily administrative tasks, submitting requisitions, and ensuring side-work ispleted
Upholding health, safety, andpliance standards
