About The Position

Great service starts with strong leadership on the floor. This role supports daily operations while guiding the team to deliver consistent, high-quality food and beverage experiences.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree GED.
  • The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Follow instructions without close supervision.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Must complete state-approved alcohol server training within 60 days of hire (per South Carolina law).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver fast, friendly, and personalized service while building rapport with guests and proactively addressing service needs.
  • Educate customers on products, including coffee and tea blends, preparation methods, and freshness.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food items in accordance with company recipes, quality standards, and food safety procedures.
  • Accurately receive, repeat, and process customer orders in person and by phone.
  • Operate the POS system accurately, handle cash transactions, and count back change courteously.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas, including restocking supplies and assisting with weekly shipments.
  • Maintain consistent product quality and efficient service standards at all times.
  • Report customer concerns, safety hazards, employee accidents, and operational inconsistencies to the Manager on Duty.
  • Provide on-shift leadership and support to team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
  • Assist with training and coaching team members while reinforcing company standards and procedures.
  • Support opening/closing procedures and shift execution, escalating concerns to management as needed.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work.
  • Assisting in appraising performance and rewarding team members.
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
