Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-6 months of experience in a similar restaurant, hotel, or casino setting
• Familiarity with company policies, fire safety, and sanitation procedures

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Delegate tasks, set expectations, and guide staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and warmth, turning challenges into positive experiences.
