As a Café Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of that mission, leading a dynamic team across our Café, Room Service, and Starbucks outlets to create exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years in food & beverage supervision or leadership.
• Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Card & Alcohol Awareness Card.
• Strong communication, computer literacy, and a passion for hospitality.
• A role model who leads by example and inspires others to do the same.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth service, high morale, and consistent excellence.
• Engage with guests warmly and professionally, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
• Uphold and enforce cleanliness, safety, and service standards that reflect our commitment to quality.
• Interview, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and open communication.
• Handle scheduling, payroll, ordering, and shift recaps with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support career development for team members.
