About The Position

The Food & Beverage Runner position is a non-exempt role that involves assisting servers in delivering food and beverages from the kitchen, service area, or member dining bars to tables. Due to the fluctuating demands of the Club’s operations, employees are expected to perform various functions and assist each other as needed. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Carry large trays with food and glasses from the kitchen, service area, or bar to tables in the dining areas.
• Know all table numbers and sections.
• Ensure all food and glasses match the ticket including modifiers and special requests.
• Check the quality of food and beverage presentation.
• Deliver the correct food and beverage to the correct table number.
• Communicate with wait staff regarding requests and relay those to the Captain.
• Communicate with wait staff regarding any incomplete orders/deliveries of food or drinks.
• Complete other appropriate assignments made by the F&B Assistant Managers and/or Service Director.
