Rate Of Pay: $6.25/HR + TIPS Status: Part-Time ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Comply with all policies and procedures of company and department. Maintain the highest standard of professionalism when interacting with guests and co-workers. Have complete product knowledge, be able to describe all menu items, have basic wine knowledge, be able to suggest and present wine tableside, have basic liquor knowledge and able to garnish all beverages. Take and deliver food and beverage orders. Follow and maintain all service standards. Ring items into POS, accept payment and reconcile all payments. Make specific suggestions and recommendations to increase guest check average. Follow all safety procedures, maintain work area for a clean and safe environment. Must be able to work various shifts and hours to include holidays and weekends. Other duties as assigned. Must be 21 years of age or older
