As the Supervisor for F&B/Retail, you'll help oversee the daily operations—leading a dynamic team of F&B Attendants, Guest Service Attendants, and Culinary staff. Requirements

  • Must have High School Diploma or Equivalency.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or recreation fields. Leadership skills preferred.
  • F&B experience and Retail required.
  • Microsoft office skills required.
  • Must have cash handling experience and be able to perform audits & verification daily.
  • Must possess excellent communication and leadership qualities.
  • Must be available to maintain flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Adhere to strict safety standards at all times.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 31 - 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures Team Members maintain complete knowledge of and follow all company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Works with the Operations Manager to effectively schedule Team Members and ensure sufficient coverage at all times.
  • Maintains sufficient supply of all store materials and supplies. Orders all needed materials in a timely manner.
  • Regularly ensures that all systems are in working order and maintains complete knowledge of all system applications (i.e. Info Genesis, LMS).
  • Interacts with guests effectively answering questions, solving problems, and handling complaints. Then communicating full re-cap to Operations Manager & Director as needed.
  • Assists with retail store and café inventory, stocking and guest transactions. Ensuring service standards are upheld and proper sale of alcohol.
  • Monitors pool and communicates any concerns or addresses them in a timely manner depending on the situation.
  • Assists in taking guest reservations and checking guests in and out.
  • Performs daily opening and closing procedures at assigned locations; enable and disables security alarms, secures cash, performs safe audits and set up the cash register for the day.
  • Assists in training staff on all computer programs and POS.
  • Maintains lost and found report.
  • Demonstrates a pro-active attitude in a consistent effort to exceed guest expectations.
  • Displays an in-depth knowledge of all merchandise displayed in store.
  • Handles cash and reconciliation of sales at the conclusion of each business day, ensuring all forms of payment were accurate. Sends out detailed shift report nightly.
  • Communicate with Customers staying on sight daily for satisfaction.
