About The Position
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Server to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is a strong team player. This is a seasonal position from 1/25/26 to 4/1/26. Dates are subject to change based on the availability of the applicant and needs of the business. This role comes with a free season pass for you and your dependents. Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, especially in an upscale dining establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures including presenting and pouring wine.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Colorado Tips (on premise) Certified or willing to obtain this certification within 1 week of hire.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive, seat them at their tables, and provide information on the menu to upsell drinks, and food items.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and input them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
- Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Upsell additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or drinks to enhance the guest experience.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
