The position involves overseeing and managing restaurant reservations, including large party bookings and contracted groups. The role requires maintaining proper tracking of group bookings and assisting managers with various administrative duties. Responsibilities include handling physical mail, answering phone calls in the F&B office, coordinating meetings and events for the management team, and maintaining tracking systems and F&B software such as Agylisis and Opentable. The individual will attend departmental meetings, create meeting minutes, and assist the management team in expediting agenda items and general activities. The role also involves being a point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders, coordinating and distributing communications, maintaining contracts with external vendors, and providing support to F&B executives and senior leaders. Additional duties include producing reports and presentations, undertaking key HR responsibilities, and representing the F&B team in resort meetings in the absence of management.

  • Oversee, track and take restaurant reservations
  • Oversee, book, plan, and reserve large parties and contracted groups
  • Maintain and assure proper group bookings are tracked

  • Act as a point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate, write, edit, and distribute communications and SOPs
  • Maintain contracts with external vendors and entertainers
  • Write and issue emails on behalf of leadership
  • Greet and direct visitors and new associates
  • Provide support to F&B Executives and Senior Leaders
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Undertake key HR duties including drafting training plans and manuals
  • Attend F&B meetings as note taker and point of contact
  • Represent the F&B Team in Resort Meetings in absence of management
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to interface professionally with business contacts and customers
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry is helpful
  • Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a guest service role
