The position involves supervising a Food & Beverage Outlet and managing daily operations, including creating schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for compliance with gaming laws and regulations, maintaining service standards, and assisting in administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Two years of Food and Beverage experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum two years previous supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to interact with guests and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively.
  • Responsible for staff development and training programs.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
  • Knowledge of food service procedures.
  • Experience with employee performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise an F&B Outlet and manage daily operations.
  • Create effective schedules while maintaining labor costs.
  • Assist in the budget process and ensure compliance with budget initiatives.
  • Promote superior customer service and address issues as they arise.
  • Enforce gaming laws and regulations applicable to the Food & Beverage Department.
  • Inspect menu items for customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining cost control methods and inventory.
  • Assist Food & Beverage Manager with administrative duties.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality in departmental and company matters.
