About The Position

Drive flavor and elevate service. As a Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee restaurant and bar operations, ensuring excellent service, smooth logistics, and unforgettable guest experiences. From staff development to financial performance, you’ll lead all aspects of daily operations with a focus on quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of management experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations
  • Knowledge of food safety, labor regulations, and responsible alcohol service
  • Proficiency in inventory, scheduling, and POS systems
  • ServSafe and alcohol safety certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead front-of-house operations including restaurants, bars, and events
  • Supervise and train service staff to meet hospitality standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls for F&B supplies
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service guidelines
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly
  • Partner with culinary and events teams for smooth service execution
  • Track labor, revenue, and expenses to meet budgetary goals
