About The Position

We are searching for a dedicated team member to join our Food & Beverage team at Pestana Amsterdam Riverside , ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. In this dynamic environment, you'll collaborate with approximately 30 team members, providing service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar service, room service, and events up to 200 people. What You Will Be Doing: Delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience Providing high-quality service with attention to detail in various areas, including the restaurant, breakfast, in-room dining, and meeting spaces Taking orders, serving guests, and offering menu information Acting as a host/hostess and being the first point of contact for guests What Is In It For You: An internship with substantial responsibilities. Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an HBO or MBO education program (internship must be a part of current education)
- Fluent in English , with knowledge of Dutch being desirable
- Seeking a minimum internship commitment of 3 months
- Enthusiastic and positive mindset, always striving for improvement
- Committed to delivering high-class service with a personal touch
- Available to work during breakfast, lunch, dinner, or late-night events
- A team player who values collaboration and believes in elevating service to the next level together
