About The Position

The F&B Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate, reliable data that supports food & beverage operations across the business. This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and technology, helping teams make informed decisions through high-quality master data. You’ll be responsible for maintaining item, recipe, and vendor data that directly impacts inventory, cost of goods, waste reporting, and operational efficiency. By partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure data standards are followed and systems stay aligned end-to-end. Requirements

  • Experience working with structured data and strong attention to detail, especially in Excel (lookups, pivots)
  • Comfortable working across teams and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy digging into data issues
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise systems (such as SAP) or food & beverage operations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and validate item, recipe, and vendor master data to ensure accuracy across ERP and POS systems
  • Monitor data quality, investigate issues, and resolve discrepancies that affect COGS, inventory, and reporting
  • Enforce data standards and governance policies, ensuring all updates follow established workflows and approvals
  • Partner with F&B, Finance, Procurement, and Technology teams to align data needs with business goals
  • Support system enhancements, integrations, and data-related projects while continuously improving data processes
