Duties and Responsibilities: All duties of server. Work with F&B Manager to place orders and keep accurate inventory. Support the planning and execution of golf tournaments, private events, and special functions, ensuring seamless food and beverage service. Assist in development of strategies to enhance overall food and beverage experience. Accountable for cash handlings and deposits when applicable. Light cooking required depending on location. Maintain club appearance and keep storage areas clean and organized. Conduct behavior towards employees and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Verify accuracy of prices, tips and other charges on all guest checks and accurately operate the POS system. Assist F&B Manager with payroll and other reporting. Additional tasks as assigned. Safety Responsibilities: Must wear non-slip shoes. Report all injuries and hazard concerns to management immediately.
