About The Position

Anakeesta is seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Front of House Supervisor for Cliff Top restaurant to support daily operations across our dining venues. This role is responsible for leading frontline teams, ensuring efficient service, maintaining high food quality standards, and creating a welcoming, guest-focused environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within food and beverage or hospitality
Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to teamwork
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and provide hands-on support to team members
Train, coach, and mentor new and existing staff to uphold service and quality standards
Monitor labor needs and assist with scheduling to align with business demands
Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely preparation across all locations
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of dining areas
Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and temperature controls
Address guest needs and resolve concerns promptly to enhance the overall experience
Support operations in various roles as needed to ensure team success
Model and promote Anakeesta’s core values with professionalism and integrity
