About The Position

Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Concessions Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the concessions pizza kitchen and waterpark food outlet. This full-time seasonal role supervises staff, ensures food quality and safety, manages inventory, and supports a positive guest experience in a fast-paced resort environment.

  • ServSafe certified required within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily concessions kitchen operations, including pizza, fryer, and grill stations
  • Schedule, supervise, and support concessions staff based on business needs
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, presentation, and food safety standards are met
  • Oversee safe operation of kitchen equipment and maintain sanitation standards
  • Order food and supplies, monitor inventory, and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with Main Restaurant and Main Kitchen F&B Supervisors to maintain consistent standards
  • Address guest concerns related to concessions service and escalate as needed
  • Participate in meetings, training, and operational planning
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and food safety regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager
