Requirements

  • Requires excellent communication and guest service skills
  • requires cash handling experience and basic math ability
  • some knowledge of food service procedures
  • ability to deal courteously and tactfully with the public
  • ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.

Responsibilities

  • Supply guests with information on services available on property.
  • Assist the guests in any way possible and direct guests to tables.
  • Ensure proper cash handling for all transactions.
  • Ensure guests in each station are being properly attended.
  • Maintain knowledge of current hotel & casino activities, beverage outlets and operations.
  • Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions.
  • Comply with all health and safety standards.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • May have to access gaming systems.
  • Attend meetings as scheduled.
  • Other job related duties as assigned.
