About The Position

The Beverage Server is responsible for the ability to provide prompt, friendly, professional and courteous service of food and beverages to our guests on the gaming floor. Essential Functions: Provides excellent guest service to all guests. Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to restaurant customers in accordance with venue standards Monitors customer needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests will be promptly fulfilled. Maintains a sanitary environment per sanitation guidelines. Uses a POS system to ring in orders, print checks, and cash out guests. Deals with complaints and issues in a professional, patient manner. Makes recommendations and maintains knowledge of all the menu items. Takes food and beverage orders from guests. Performs other tasks as assigned. Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • ABC license
  • Must have a NYS Food Handlers Permit

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
