The F&B Beverage Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the beverage department's operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, managing inventory, and providing exceptional guest service. This role involves training staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization in bars and storerooms, and ensuring that beverage products meet established specifications. The position requires effective scheduling and planning to meet operational needs and involves financial reporting and analysis to optimize department performance.

  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of beverage equipment.
  • Generate and track work orders as needed.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two years operational experience in a restaurant, bar, or F&B department.
  • One year of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • TABC certification required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Working knowledge of beverage operations.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and data.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in multi-venue/unit operations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
