Stock bar, mix and prepare drink orders for guests as well as servers in a fast and professional manner. Ensuring food products are of high standards in freshness and appearance, replenishes if needed. Follow proper procedures in food sanitation. Store and maintain all equipment in proper fashion. Operate the cash register according to cash handling guidelines. Respond to guest's requests and questions. Maintain clean working bars in accordance with coast guard, Indiana Liquor Commission and Health Department standards. Follow safety rules and keep work area clean and orderly. Other duties as assigned.
