Adherence to food sanitation procedures is essential, as well as proper storage and maintenance of all equipment. The bartender will operate the cash register following cash handling guidelines and respond to guest requests and questions. Maintaining a clean working bar in compliance with Coast Guard, Indiana Liquor Commission, and Health Department standards is crucial, along with following safety rules and keeping the work area clean and orderly. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
