About The Position

We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Restaurant Assistant Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about team development, food quality, and customer service. Position Summary The Restaurant Assistant Supervisor supports the overall operation of the restaurant by assisting with daily management, team supervision, and operational execution. You will help ensure all processes, policies, and procedures are followed while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and guest service. Full weekend and holiday availability is required.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in a kitchen or food service environment required
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively with a team
  • Full weekend and holiday availability required
  • Flexibility to work early mornings and adapt to scheduling needs
  • TIPS Certification required
  • Manager Food Safety Certification required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to follow recipes and operational standards

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in hospitality or catering preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support daily restaurant operations and assist in team supervision
  • Help ensure all team members follow company policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent guest service and maintain a positive atmosphere
  • Assist with food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
  • Support responsible alcohol service practices
  • Assist in training, coaching, and guiding team members
  • Ensure efficiency in all areas of kitchen and front-of-house operations
  • Monitor food quality and adherence to recipes and standards
  • Help coordinate workflow during high-volume periods
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
