Reporting to the Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, the F&B Outlets Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and maintaining service excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to delivering outstanding service, team supervision and leadership, revenue and budget management, guest relations and service recovery, operational excellence and team support, and product and menu knowledge.
