About The Position

The Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the F&B leadership team. Responsibilities include scheduling, documentation, inventory coordination, menu updates, communication with internal departments, and general office tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and values accuracy, timeliness, and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous administrative or office support experience required; hospitality or food & beverage experience preferred
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in administration or hospitality is a plus
  • Administrative Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, data entry, scheduling, and basic reporting
  • Organization: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Professional Traits: Dependability, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with a diverse, multicultural team and maintain a positive, professional attitude
  • Location Requirement: Must be able to live and work on Mackinac Island during the season
