The position involves serving meals and beverages to patrons in a prompt, correct, and courteous manner across various food and beverage outlets and banquet areas within the property. The role requires demonstrating sanitary food handling and equipment safety, properly storing and labeling food items, and maintaining sanitation standards in compliance with County, State, and Federal regulations. Employees must maintain a clean and neat work area, follow the Steps of Service as outlined in venue policies, and ensure exceptional customer service by communicating pleasantly and professionally. The position requires adherence to cash handling SOPs and may involve other duties as assigned by management. Notably, this role does not involve any functions related to casino gambling by patrons.
