About The Position

You will be the F-35 Low Observable Signature Engineer for the F-35 Signature Integration team which is responsible for advancing the low observable capabilities of the F‑35 fleet. What You Will Be Doing As the F-35 Low Observable Signature Engineer you will be responsible for supporting testing, evaluation, analysis, and material application processes for the F‑35 LO system. Your responsibilities will include: Execute ATF Signature Acceptance Testing and perform radar cross‑section diagnostics. Generate aircraft acceptance/failure reports and coordinate with the Material Review Board to resolve deficiency reports. Lead corrective‑action initiatives and drive closure of all LO repairs to meet aircraft delivery schedules. Collaborate with team members to analyze RCS test data and deliver technical presentations to customers. Support material application processes and ensure integration of LO solutions into the aircraft. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in one of the following fields: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or technically related degree.
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Radar Cross Section Test Experience and/or (I)SAR imaging
  • Knowledge of the F-35 airframe design and coating materials and methods
  • Previous experience in Low Observables (LO), survivability, or susceptibility
  • Experience in Production Support and repair disposition activities
  • Proficient in MATLAB coding, Microsoft Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
